We conduct regular pickups of wine from several wine regions in Portugal. Below are the main regions that we pick up from most frequently, in Portugal’s Douro Valley.

We currently conduct regular pickups in the Douro Valley, Porto/Vila Nova de Gaia, and Beira Atlantico regions. For other regions, please Contact Us. We may be able to pick up from other regions or have the winery ship your wines at a nominal cost to you to our facility for consolidation and shipping.

How to Arrange Wine Pickup

1. Contact Us to let us know where you would like your wine picked up from. While we don’t pick up from every wine region, we do collect wines for our clients from many of them.
2. If we collect from the region where your wine is, you simply need to provide us with
   • Names and detailed designations of the wines
   • The name and address of the Winery
   • A copy of your sales receipt
   • The quantity and size of the bottles you want us to collect and ship to you
   • A contact name (preferably) a phone number so we can coordinate with the winery
3. We will contact the winery and coordinate a pickup schedule with them
4. We will safely transport your wine back to one of our facilities, safely pack the wine, and ship to you.

What if my wine is in a region you don’t pick up from?

While we can pick up from many wine regions, especially in Portugal, if we don’t currently pick up from a wine region where you have purchased or want to purchase wine, please get in touch with us. In many cases, the winery can ship the wine to our facility at reasonable rates, and then we can consolidate your wines (if necessary) and ship them out to you.
